First, our company guarantees that the production link will be strictly in accordance with the company's system, no matter in the product design, manufacturing, product inspection process will be closely in contact with users, owners, feedback relevant information, and welcome users and owners to visit our company at any time.

2. The equipment and products supporting the key projects shall be delivered according to the requirements of the contract, and technical service personnel will be sent to participate in the unpacking acceptance and guidance of installation and commissioning until the equipment operates normally.

3. Ensure to provide users with excellent pre-sale, in-sale and after-sales service, introduce the performance and use of the product to users before the sale, and provide relevant information. It is obliged to invite the demander to participate in the supplier's technical design review when necessary.

4. According to the needs of users, organize business training on equipment installation, commissioning, use and maintenance technology for the demand side. Carry out quality tracking and user visits for key users, and continuously improve product performance and product quality in a timely manner according to user needs.

5. The equipment (product) runs for twelve months as the warranty period, and we are responsible for the quality problems that occur during the warranty period, and implement the "three guarantees" (repair, replacement, and return) for the product.

6. Products that exceed the "three guarantees" period are guaranteed to provide maintenance parts and do a good job in maintenance services according to user needs. Spare parts and wear parts for the product are available at factory prices.

7. After receiving the quality problem information reported by the user, reply or send service personnel within 2 hours to arrive at the scene as soon as possible, so that the user is not satisfied and the service does not stop.
